So Divine Magic Wand Review by Petra Pan

I was sent the So Divine Magic Wand by the lovely people at So Divine, in exchange for my honest review. Thanks guys!

Packaging

So Divine Sweetest Taboo Magic WandThe packaging for this product is beautiful. The So Divine Magic Wand comes in a thick, high quality lidded box with cut-out foam inside, housing the Wand and accessories. Along with the Wand you get a USB charger, a quality storage bag (yes!) and a mains plug (double yes!!) I only have one mains plug at home which I use with my various USB chargeable devices, and it’s been used so much it has actually split. It makes a welcome change to get this part with your toy, as it’s quite unusual! Thanks So Divine.  It’s these little extras which really make you feel impressed.

One other thing I’d like to mention is the storage bag; it’s a good quality bag and even has ‘So Divine’ on the bottom making it easier to find your toy in amongst the other hundreds you have, all in similar bags! (Unless that’s just me…!)

The Wand

So Divine Sweetest Taboo Magic WandThe Wand is rather long at 10″ in length. It’s fairly heavy, and heavily curved. The Wand’s head is at the top and the ‘handle’ houses the second motor, so this can be used as well. The ‘handle’ is very curved and not too girthy. I love the hot pink shade of the Wand; it’s overtly feminine and super bright. When switched on, there is a bright light in the centre which glows; it looks really pretty if you’re using it in the dark.

The handle is firm, but there is some flex in the head.

It has 3 speeds and 7 patterns, with dual motors in the head and the handle. It’s very quiet which is a bonus and great for people who house-share or have nosy neighbours!

Charging

The So Divine Magic Wand didn’t come with any charge so I plugged it in straight away. The light on the centre flashes when charging.

Play Time! – External Stimulation

Both ends operate separately, which is fine as you can’t use them simultaneously anyway! The head emits a deeper, rumblier vibration than the handle which is considerably weaker and somewhat buzzy. I started my play by using the head on my clit.

Speed 1 is gentle but deep
Speed 2 is strong, quite powerful and brings me to climax easily
Speed 3 is too much for me!

The head offers a broad stimulation which travels down your entire vulva. It’s great for providing deep vibrations and power to your external parts. My clit is a little sensitive but I can handle mid-power vibrations. I only need to use speeds 1 and 2, I’ve never been able to manage speed 3 for very long before needing to switch back down.

The position of the buttons is great, right in the centre of the Wand, and they’re easy to navigate during clit play.

If you prefer pinpoint stimulation with a firmer toy, you can use the other end on your clit. This provides more gentle, buzzy vibes if that’s your thing.  Personally, I prefer the head as I like how deep the vibrations feel.

Play Time! – Internal Stimulation

I enjoy using the handle end for internal stimulation rather than external, as I prefer the soft, flexible head on my clit. The curved handle ensures it fits snugly against my g-spot. The silicone feels super smooth and is delightful when using with a splash of lubricant. The vibrations aren’t as strong or deep as the head, but they still feel enjoyable. I do enjoy the fact you can use this vibrator in multiple ways, but my favourite use is as a clitoral stimulator.

If it wasn’t bright pink, I’d also use it on my husband as I imagine it would feel glorious rubbing the head along his shaft and balls. However, he’s not overly keen on sex toys at all, so if I’m going to bring one into the bedroom it needs to be more subtle than the Wand!

The So Divine Magic Wand is 100% waterproof so super easy to clean.

Recommendations

Anyone who classes themselves as a ‘power queen’ when it comes to clitoral stimulation will probably enjoy this Wand. The head is quite broad so it’s difficult to get anywhere close to pinpoint stimulation, but you can use the other end for that. If you like weaker vibrations, then the ‘handle’ end may suit you as well. It’s also great for those who like versatility in a toy, and anyone who can handle hot pink!
